It's a New Year, and as in years past many of us make resolutions to change something. They run the gamut, from weight loss to working out and even cleaning out the garage.
Normally people focus on something they want to improve or fix. We’ve all heard the old adage “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” The same applies to the casino business: You look around, see what isn’t working, and make sure you really get to it this year. The marketing plan needs to be dusted off and updated, you’d really like to review and improve your online presence, and the coffee maker in the office really needs a tune-up and a better brand of coffee.
We tend to overlook the areas that aren’t in crisis. If you haven’t taken a serious look at your media lately, its time to make a resolution to review your media spend!
I know what you’re thinking: My media is working perfectly, my agency is perfect, and I see no reason to change it.
